A SIMPLE PROCESS
Initial consultation to discuss and understand your investment objectives, financial situation, and determine whether or not you're eligible to invest with us.
If you're qualified, you fill out our investment application, we set an investment start date, create your real estate investment plan, we sign an investment client agreement, you pay a 1-time administrative fee to lock-in your contract.
We source the investment opportunities, perform due diligence and financial analysis, acquire the property (or properties) depending on how much you invest with us, develop the property, provide licensed and insured contractors, manage the project, resell with our licensed agents or rent it out with asset management company.
Return On Investment (ROI)
At the completion of the project, you are paid based on your agreed upon rate of return (which is typically from 8-15%) - we have paid out much higher rates to our clients, but this is the ball-park average of what we pay our investors.
